Fundamental Physics in the Framework of DLR´s Research and Technology Programme
Satellite Missions investigating fundamental physics quests, like MICROSCOPE, stimulate and encourage not only science communities but also trigger innovative technology developments. Funding within well established programme lines seems often be difficult, although direct technology applications and adaptation is mostly possible. Therefore, fundamental physics mission are an important and disruptive element in programmatic planning processes for space research.
